He 24 January 2022 We participate in the workshop: Adaptation of evaluation in times of crisis: Lessons learned, Made with the European Commission, World Bank Group, UNDP, Ioce, International Eval Academy as organizing entities. They attended approximately 198 participants.

In the workshop the accent was put to see How the emergence of COVID has meant not only a change in the context but in the way of doing the evaluation work.

Among the different points, the need for adaptation and flexibility of evaluation designs stood out, The fluid and changing nature of the contexts in which we operate, The implementation of Ethical Principles and Mark, Taking into account power relations (Norte/On, gender) and subjectivities; The effects and subjectivity in the use of methods and tools, The reinforcement or creation of local evaluation capabilities and the conscious use of remote techniques for data collection (machine learning, artificial intelligence, GIS, etc.).

The conclusions focused on highlighting the importance of human factor and empathy in participatory processes and the interpretation of data beyond merely methodological aspects.
